INGREDIENTS
Chicken wings 1kg
fish sauce 100ml
sugar 3 tbsp
garlic 4 cloves
lime juice 2 tbsp
chili
corn starch 100g
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Marinate wings in fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic. Coat with corn starch, fry until golden.
Step2: Simmer remaining marinade, add lime juice, pour over wings. Serve with chili.
