INGREDIENTS
Black beans 500g
pork shoulder 500g
smoked sausage 300g
bacon 200g
onion 2
garlic 4 cloves
bay leaves 2
salt
pepper
orange slices (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak beans overnight. Drain and rinse.
Step2: In a large pot, cook chopped bacon, onion, garlic. Add pork shoulder, sausages, beans, bay leaves, water. Simmer for 3hr.
Step3: Season with salt, pepper. Serve with rice, orange slices, and farofa.
