INGREDIENTS
White beans 500g
onion 2
carrots 2
celery 2 stalks
tomatoes 3
garlic 3 cloves
olive oil 50ml
bay leaves 2
salt
pepper
parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak beans overnight, boil until tender. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, celery.
Step2: Add cooked beans, chopped tomatoes, bay leaves, water. Simmer 1hr.
Step3: Season with salt, pepper. Garnish with parsley.
