INGREDIENTS

Chicken 1kg
onions 4
garlic 5 cloves
ginger 2 inch
berbere spice mix 3 tbsp
chicken stock 500ml
hard-boiled eggs 6
lemon juice 1 tbsp
vegetable oil
salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Sauté finely chopped onions in oil until golden. Add garlic, ginger, berbere, cook 5m. Add chicken, stock, simmer until tender.

Step2: Add eggs, lemon juice. Simmer 10m.
