INGREDIENTS
Doenjang (fermented soybean paste) 3 tbsp
tofu 300g
zucchini 1
potato 1
onion 1
garlic 2 cloves
water 1l
green chili 1
mushrooms 200g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Dissolve doenjang in water, add chopped potato, onion, garlic. Bring to boil.
Step2: Add tofu, zucchini, mushrooms, chili. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Step3: Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
