Onion 1
Egg 2
Flour 100g
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil (for frying)

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Grate potatoes and onion. Squeeze out excess liquid.

Step2: Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper to potato mixture. Combine well.
