INGREDIENTS

Black lentils 200g
red kidney beans 100g
onion 2
tomato 2
cream 100ml
butter 50g
garlic 4 cloves
ginger 2 inch
cumin seeds 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
chili powder 1 tsp
salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Soak lentils, beans overnight. Cook until soft. Sauté cumin, onion, garlic, ginger, spices.

Step2: Add tomatoes, cooked lentils, beans. Simmer 30m.

Step3: Stir in cream, butter. Serve with rice or naan.
