flour 300g
milk 500ml
butter 100g
catupiry cheese 200g
breadcrumbs
eggs 2
oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook chicken with onion, garlic. Shred meat.
Step2: Make a thick sauce with milk, butter, flour. Cool. Mix with chicken, catupiry cheese.
