Potatoes 1kg
cabbage or kale 500g
spring onions 4
milk 100ml
butter 100g
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil potatoes until tender, mash with milk, butter. Season with salt, pepper.
Step2: Cook cabbage or kale. Mix into mashed potatoes with chopped spring onions.
Step3: Serve as a side dish with additional butter on top.
