INGREDIENTS
Chickpeas 500g
onion 2
tomatoes 2
garlic 3 cloves
ginger 2 inch
green chili 1
cumin seeds 1 tsp
coriander powder 2 tsp
turmeric 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
amchur (dry mango powder) 1 tsp
vegetable oil
salt
cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak chickpeas overnight, boil until tender. Sauté cumin, onion, garlic, ginger, chili.
Step2: Add spices, tomatoes. Cook until soft. Add chickpeas, water. Simmer 20m.
Step3: Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice or bread.
