Chicken thighs 500g
coconut milk 400ml
potatoes 2
carrot 2
onion 1
curry powder 2 tbsp
fish sauce 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Sauté chopped onion, add curry powder, chicken. Brown chicken.

Step2: Add coconut milk, potatoes, carrot, fish sauce, sugar. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

Step3: Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice.
