INGREDIENTS

Pork belly 500g
coconut water 500ml
fish sauce 2 tbsp
sugar 3 tbsp
shallots 2
garlic 2 cloves
eggs 4
black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Caramelize sugar, add pork, brown. Add coconut water, fish sauce, shallots, garlic, pepper. Simmer 1hr.

Step2: Boil eggs, peel, add to pot. Cook 30m.

Step3: Serve with rice.
