INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1kg
yogurt 200g
lemon juice 2 tbsp
turmeric 1 tsp
garam masala 2 tsp
chili powder 1 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
garlic 4 cloves
ginger 2 inch
tomato puree 400ml
cream 200ml
butter 50g
salt
cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, spices for 1hr.
Step2: Sauté garlic, ginger, add tomato puree, simmer 20m. Add chicken, cook until done.
Step3: Stir in cream, butter. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice or naan.
