Salted cod 500g
potatoes 500g
eggs 2
parsley
garlic 2 cloves
onion 1
oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak cod overnight, changing water. Boil cod and potatoes until tender. Shred cod, mash potatoes.
Step2: Mix cod, potatoes, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, eggs.
Step3: Form into small patties. Fry in hot oil until golden. Serve with lime wedges.
