INGREDIENTS

Blueberries 500g
Sugar 100g
Water 100ml
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Flour 300g
Baking powder 15g
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 50g
Milk 100ml

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Cook blueberries, sugar, water, lemon juice until berries burst. Simmer.

Step2: Mix flour, baking powder, salt. Cut in butter, add milk to form dough.

Step3: Drop spoonfuls of dough into hot berries. Cover, steam 15m without lifting lid.
