INGREDIENTS

Beets 500g
Carrot 1
Parsley root 1
Celery root 1
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Water 2l
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Boil beets, carrot, parsley root, celery root, onion, garlic in water until tender.

Step2: Remove vegetables, blend until smooth. Return to pot.

Step3: Add lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper. Simmer 15m. Serve hot or cold with sour cream.
