INGREDIENTS
Cornmeal 250g
Water 500ml
Salt
Sour cream 200g
Feta cheese 100g
Smoked bacon 100g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil water, add salt. Gradually stir in cornmeal. Cook until thick, stirring constantly, about 15-20m.
Step2: Fry bacon until crisp. Add to banosh.
Step3: Serve hot, topped with sour cream and crumbled feta cheese.
