Cake base (sponge or chocolate) 1
Ice cream (any flavor) 1
Egg whites 4
Sugar 200g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Place cake in a dish, top with softened ice cream. Freeze until hard.
Step2: Beat egg whites, gradually add sugar, until stiff peaks form. Cover ice cream and cake with meringue.
Step3: Bake at 220°C for 3-4m until meringue is golden. Serve immediately.
