Potatoes 500g
cauliflower 500g
onion 1
tomato 1
garlic 3 cloves
ginger 2 inch
cumin seeds 1 tsp
turmeric 1 tsp
coriander powder 2 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
vegetable oil
salt
cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté cumin, onion, garlic, ginger. Add spices, potatoes, cauliflower. Cook until tender, stirring frequently.
Step2: Add tomato, cook until soft. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with roti or rice.
