INGREDIENTS
Fish fillets 500g
Shrimp 300g
Clams 300g
Tomato sauce 500ml
Chicken broth 500ml
Onion 1
Garlic 3 cloves
White wine 100ml
Olive oil
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté chopped onion, minced garlic in olive oil. Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, white wine. Simmer 20m.
Step2: Add fish, shrimp, clams. Cook until seafood is done, about 10m.
Step3: Season with salt, pepper. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with bread.
