INGREDIENTS
Animal fat (seal or reindeer) 300g
Berries (blueberries, cranberries) 200g
Sugar 100g
Snow or water
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Whip fat until fluffy. Gradually add snow or water, continue whipping.
Step2: Gently fold in berries, sugar. Freeze until set.
Step3: Serve as a cold dessert.
