INGREDIENTS
Spinach 200g
Sorrel 200g
Potatoes 3 medium
Eggs 4
Sour cream 200g
Dill
Green onion
Salt
Pepper
Water 2l
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil chopped potatoes in salted water until tender. Set aside.
Step2: Add chopped spinach, sorrel to boiling water. Cook 5m.
Step3: Add boiled potatoes to greens. Season with salt, pepper. Simmer 10m.
Step4: Serve hot with hard-boiled eggs, sour cream, dill, green onion.
