Rice 100g
yogurt 500g
egg 1
flour 2 tbsp
butter 50g
dried mint 1 tsp
water 1l
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook rice in water until tender. Whisk yogurt, egg, flour, add to rice. Stir constantly until it boils.
Step2: In another pan, melt butter, add mint. Pour over soup.
