INGREDIENTS
Mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries) 500g
Sugar 150g
Flour 300g
Baking powder 10g
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 100g
Milk 200ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Toss berries with half the sugar. Place in a baking dish.
Step2: Mix flour, baking powder, salt, remaining sugar. Cut in butter, add milk to form dough.
Step3: Drop dough over berries. Bake at 180°C for 35-40m. Serve warm.
