INGREDIENTS
Mixed wild berries (blueberries, raspberries) 500g
Sugar 200g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cornstarch 3 tbsp
Pie crusts 2
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Toss berries with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch. Fill pie crust with berry mixture.
Step2: Cover with second crust, seal edges. Make steam vents. Bake at 180°C for 50m.
