Ground venison 500g
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Canned tomatoes 400g
Kidney beans 400g
Chili powder 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown venison with chopped onion, minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
Step2: Add tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper. Simmer 1hr.
Step3: Serve hot with bread or over rice.
