INGREDIENTS
Bread 200g
coconut milk 400ml
dried shrimp 100g
peanuts 100g
cashews 100g
onions 2
garlic 2 cloves
ginger 1 piece
dende oil (palm oil) 50ml
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak bread in coconut milk. Blend with dried shrimp, peanuts, cashews, onions, garlic, ginger.
Step2: Cook mixture in a pan, stirring continuously. Add dende oil. Cook until thick.
Step3: Serve with rice or as a filling for acarajé.
