INGREDIENTS
Sugar 400g
cornstarch 100g
water 500ml
lemon juice 1 tbsp
rosewater 1 tbsp
food coloring
icing sugar for dusting
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix cornstarch, sugar, water, lemon juice. Cook until thickened, add rosewater, coloring.
Step2: Pour into a tray, chill until set. Cut into cubes, dust with icing sugar.
