INGREDIENTS

Flour 500g
Water 200ml
Yeast 10g
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Onions 5 large
Egg 1
Sunflower oil 100ml

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Make dough with flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water. Let it rise 1hr.

Step2: Slice onions, sauté in oil until caramelized. Cool.

Step3: Roll out dough, place caramelized onions on top. Fold edges over.

Step4: Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180°C for 30m. Serve warm.
