INGREDIENTS
Pork loin 6 slices
flour 100g
eggs 2
panko breadcrumbs 200g
cabbage 500g
tonkatsu sauce
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Tenderize pork slices, season with salt, pepper. Dredge in flour, egg, and panko.
Step2: Deep fry in oil until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Step3: Serve with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
