A spicy and sour Thai soup with shrimp and aromatic herbs.

INGREDIENTS
Shrimp 500g
lemongrass 2 stalks
galangal 4 slices
kaffir lime leaves 4
fish sauce 50ml
lime juice 3 tbsp
chili paste 2 tbsp
mushrooms 200g
tomatoes 2
cilantro
chicken broth 1l
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil broth, add lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves. Simmer 10m.
Step2: Add shrimp, mushrooms, tomatoes, chili paste, fish sauce. Cook until shrimp are done.
Step3: Remove from heat, add lime juice. Garnish with cilantro.
