A hearty and nutritious bean soup with pork.

INGREDIENTS
Beans 300g
Pork 200g
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Tomato paste 100ml
Garlic 2 cloves
Bay leaves
Salt
Pepper
Water 2l
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak beans overnight. Boil until tender, set aside.
Step2: Boil pork in water with bay leaves, salt for 1hr. Remove pork, keep broth.
Step3: Sauté chopped onion, grated carrot. Add to broth with cooked beans, tomato paste. Simmer 30m.
Step4: Add chopped pork, minced garlic. Season with salt, pepper. Serve hot.
