INGREDIENTS
Ladyfingers 300g
mascarpone cheese 500g
eggs 4
sugar 100g
espresso 300ml
cocoa powder
dark chocolate
Marsala wine or rum (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Whisk egg yolks with sugar, add mascarpone. In another bowl, beat egg whites, fold into mascarpone.
Step2: Dip ladyfingers in espresso, layer with mascarpone cream. Repeat layers.
Step3: Chill for 4hr. Dust with cocoa, grated chocolate before serving.
