INGREDIENTS

Spring roll wrappers 12
glass noodles 100g
cabbage 200g
carrot 2
mushroom 100g
garlic 2 cloves
soy sauce 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
vegetable oil (for frying)

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Soak noodles, chop vegetables. Sauté garlic, add vegetables, noodles, soy sauce, sugar.

Step2: Cool filling, wrap in spring roll wrappers.

Step3: Fry until golden. Serve with dipping sauce.
