INGREDIENTS
Ground beef 1kg
onion 2
garlic 4 cloves
diced tomatoes 800g
kidney beans 400g
chili powder 3 tbsp
cumin 2 tsp
paprika 1 tsp
beef broth 500ml
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown beef with chopped onions and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
Step2: Add tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, broth. Simmer for 1hr.
Step3: Season with salt, pepper. Serve with cheese, sour cream, and chives.
