Prawns 12
eggplant 1
sweet potato 1
green beans 100g
flour 200g
egg 1
ice water 300ml
vegetable oil (for frying)
tempura sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Prepare vegetables, shell prawns leaving tails. Make batter with flour, egg, ice water.
Step2: Dip prawns and vegetables in batter. Fry in hot oil until golden.
Step3: Serve hot with tempura sauce.
