INGREDIENTS
Apples 6
sugar 150g
butter 100g
puff pastry 250g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Caramelize sugar, butter in a pan. Arrange apple slices on top.
Step2: Cover with puff pastry, tuck edges. Bake at 200°C for 25m.
Step3: Invert onto a plate. Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
