INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Hydrate tapioca starch with a little water. Let sit 10m.
Step2: Heat a non-stick pan. Spread tapioca to form a crepe. Cook until edges lift.
Step3: Add fillings, fold crepe. Serve immediately.
