INGREDIENTS
Fish fillets 1kg
coconut milk 400ml
onions 2
tomatoes 2
garlic 3 cloves
ginger 2 inch
curry powder 2 tbsp
tamarind paste 1 tbsp
green chili 1
coriander leaves
vegetable oil
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté onions, garlic, ginger, chili in oil. Add curry powder, tomatoes, cook 5m. Add fish, coconut milk, tamarind. Simmer until fish is cooked.
Step2: Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice.
