INGREDIENTS
Corn husks
Masa harina 500g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt
Chicken broth 500ml
Lard 250g
Chicken, cooked and shredded 500g
Salsa verde 300ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak corn husks in water. Mix masa harina, baking powder, salt, chicken broth, lard to form dough.
Step2: Spread dough on husks, add chicken and salsa, fold and tie husks.
Step3: Steam for 1-1.5hr. Serve hot.
