INGREDIENTS
Beef flank 500g
garlic 2 cloves
ginger 2 tsp
green onions 2
dried chili peppers 10
Sichuan peppercorns 1 tsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
cornstarch 2 tbsp
vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Slice beef, marinate with soy sauce, cornstarch. Fry in oil, set aside.
Step2: Stir-fry garlic, ginger, chili, peppercorns. Add beef back.
Step3: Add sugar, sesame oil. Garnish with green onions. Serve with rice.
