INGREDIENTS

Cottage cheese 500g
Eggs 3
Sugar 100g
Vanilla 1 tsp
Raisins 50g
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Butter for greasing

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, raisins, lemon zest. Blend until smooth.

Step2: Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 40m.
