INGREDIENTS

Sushi rice 500g
rice vinegar 100ml
sugar 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
nori sheets 10
fresh salmon 300g
cucumber 1
avocado 1
soy sauce
wasabi
pickled ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Cook sushi rice, season with vinegar, sugar, salt. Cool.

Step2: Place nori on bamboo mat, spread rice. Add slices of salmon, cucumber, avocado.

Step3: Roll tightly, slice. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger.
