INGREDIENTS
Soft tofu 400g
pork 200g
kimchi 200g
onion 1
garlic 4 cloves
gochugaru 2 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tbsp
egg 4
water 1l
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté pork, onion, garlic, kimchi. Add gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil.
Step2: Add water, bring to boil. Add tofu, simmer 10m.
Step3: Crack eggs into stew. Serve hot with rice.
