Reindeer or lamb meat 1kg
onion 1
barley 100g
potatoes 3
carrots 2
bay leaves 2
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown meat in a pot. Add chopped onion, barley, potatoes, carrots, bay leaves, water.
Step2: Simmer until meat is tender and vegetables are cooked.
Step3: Season with salt, pepper. Serve hot.
