Spinach 500g
feta cheese 300g
phyllo dough
onion 1
dill 50g
eggs 2
olive oil
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté onion, add spinach until wilted. Mix with crumbled feta, dill, eggs.
Step2: Layer phyllo in a dish, brushing each with oil. Add filling. Top with more phyllo.
Step3: Bake at 180°C for 35m.
