Pork or chicken 1kg
garlic 3 cloves
lemon juice 3 tbsp
olive oil 50ml
oregano 2 tsp
paprika 1 tsp
salt
pepper
skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Cut meat into cubes. Marinate with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, spices for 2hr.

Step2: Skewer meat, grill until cooked through.

Step3: Serve with pita, tzatziki sauce.
