INGREDIENTS
Catfish fillets 1kg
cornmeal 300g
flour 100g
paprika 1 tbsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
onion powder 1 tsp
salt
pepper
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix cornmeal, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper.
Step2: Dredge catfish in mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden, about 4-5m per side.
Step3: Drain on paper towels. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
