INGREDIENTS
Sourdough starter 250ml
Flour 300g
Sugar 50g
Baking powder 10g
Salt 1 tsp
Milk 200ml
Eggs 2
Butter (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix sourdough starter, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. Add milk, eggs. Stir until smooth.
Step2: Heat butter in a pan. Pour batter, cook until bubbles form, flip. Cook other side. Serve with syrup.
