INGREDIENTS
Lamb or beef 1kg
onion 2
carrot 2
potato 3
bell pepper 1
tomato 2
garlic 5 cloves
salt
bay leaf
water
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil meat in water with salt, bay leaf until tender. Remove meat, keep broth.
Step2: Add chopped vegetables to broth, cook until tender.
Step3: Return meat to broth. Serve hot, garnished with garlic.
